"During these conferences, we will discuss how evolving user needs will shape our national, regional and global data systems, what technologies are in place, and are expected to become available to further develop and improve our products and services for the scientific needs and societal benefits. We will also consider how IOC’s IODE is contributing to the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030) and how the Decade will contribute to IODE and its global network of data and information centres in reaching new user communities as well as data and information providers.”

The Conference will be held as a hybrid event with a number of participants on-site while others will participate through video conference.
