The national health surveillance system for shellfish farming areas is made up of:
- REPHY: phytoplankton, physico-chemical parameters in water and phycotoxins in shellfish
- REMI: microbiological in shellfish
- MYTILOBS: Blue mussel, Mytilus edulis, growth and quality
- REPAMO: mollusc pathologies
- RESCO: pathogenic organisms of hollow oysters Crassostrea gigas
These monitoring networks have been set up by Ifremer.
